Mr. Pell brings over thirty years experience in Public Accounting and is an industry resource for tax opinions.
   
He has conducted client seminars on various topics including the tax implications of business insurance. He also authored several articles on tax issues which were published in The CPA Journal and The Tax Adviser and co-authored a publication related to hospital auxiliaries.
